Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs boneless beef roast
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 package au jus
  • 1 package ranch dressing
  • 15 pepperoncini peppers (sliced, with juices and seeds put into crock pot)
  • Directions

    1. Skin the pork belly (if it has skin - use skin for pork rinds).
    2. Place beef in crock pot.
    3. Put butter, au jus, ranch, and pepperoncini on top of beef.
    4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
