Mississippi Pot Roast
Ingredients
4 lbs boneless beef roast
1 stick butter
1 package au jus
1 package ranch dressing
15 pepperoncini peppers (sliced, with juices and seeds put into crock pot)
Directions

Skin the pork belly (if it has skin - use skin for pork rinds).

Place beef in crock pot.

Put butter, au jus, ranch, and pepperoncini on top of beef.

Cook on low for 8 hours.
